About me
I grew up outside of Aspen, Colorado, where I enjoyed hiking, biking, skiing, horseback riding, fly fishing, and much more. One of my favorite places to hike is the Maroon Bells, if you haven't been I highly recommend it!
I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2010 at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. I then moved back to my home state of Colorado to complete my masters degree (2012) and Ph.D. (expected 2022) in Economics at Colorado State University. While at CSU I've worked on a variety of research projects pertaining to food, agriculture, energy, patents, and the environment. I am also the Vice Chair of the Fort Collins Transportation Board, Graduate Student Council, Association of Graduate Economics, and President's Sustainability Committee. |
